Hippo Hopper Manufacturing Facility

Our Texas location has over 30,000 square feet dedicated to the manufacturing of the Hippo Hopper product line. Our hopper facility boasts the most cutting edge, state of the art equipment in the industry, from our twin tower automatically loaded CNC Laser System that processes plate into precision cut part 24 hours a day, to welding and assembly that utilizes 12 MIG certified weld stations and 11 CNC robotic weld stations. The finishing department has its own Wet Paint or Powder Coating line and Quality Control procedures in place that guarantees that our customers receive a final product that 100% free of defect.
